Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Add garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to a small bowl
Then mix in the lemon juice and zest
In a baking dish, put chicken breasts
Make sure the chicken is covered evenly with the lemon herb mix as you pour it over it
The chicken should be cooked all the way through after 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven that has been heated to 165F 74C
After cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes
