Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until well combined
Fold in chopped peanuts and vegan chocolate chips
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars
