Apple Pie Bliss Balls

You can eat these Apple Pie Bliss Balls for a healthy and tasty snack. They taste like apple pie but are tiny. They are made with good things for you, like dates, almonds, dried apples, and warm spices.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried apples
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions:

For 10 minutes, soak the dates and dried apples in warm water

Apples that have been soaked, dates, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract should all be pulsed in a food processor until a sticky dough forms

If it's too dry, add maple syrup and pulse once more

Use your hands to shape the dough into little balls

If you want to add more flavor, you can roll the balls in a cinnamon-sugar mixture or chopped nuts

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
