Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of grilled chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup of red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup of avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
